ABOUT
Chris Sarno is a Pastor, Author, and Life Coach. Along with his wife Liz and his three children, Chris lives in Daytona Beach, Florida as he walks out the vision of training up champions and empowering people to go the next level in their lives.
Chris started his journey in ministry at Rhema Bible Training Center from 1997-1999. There, he earned a degree in Biblical Studies and began to pursue the call of God on his life. Once he graduated, Chris returned to Daytona Beach and attended a local church. He would preach every Monday night at a local outreach center that provided a worship service and meals to the homeless community of the city.
One Monday night, a new church in town decided to visit the outreach center to help serve. One of the people serving was Chris’ future wife, Liz. Through their time working together at the outreach center, Chris and Liz fell in love and decided to get married. Through a series of circumstances, Chris and Liz were given the opportunity to take over the church that came to visit and the outreach center. And so, they did.
Though a lot has changed since they began pastoring (a week after they got married, by the way), the mission that they carry has remained the same: to help people connect to God. Chris and Liz continue to serve as the senior pastors of Relevant Church in Daytona Beach, Florida, but have also expanded their ministry globally and nationally through their traveling ministry and a fully accredited Bible College of their own.
As of today, Chris continues to expand his ministry through the release of books, including The Champion Within and Obtainable, as well as through one-on-one life coaching and mentoring. Things look a lot different than they did when he first began, but his heart for God and commitment to pursuing His will with everything he has will continue driving Chris forward on his journey.
When he’s not traveling the world spreading the hope of Jesus or preaching it down on a Sunday morning, you’ll likely find Chris laughing with his family in their backyard, working out in the garage that he’s turned into a gym, or sitting in his recliner watching any and every sport the TV has to offer.
